Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply vehicles ordered on our website. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your special order to us.

Using Our Website to Order a Vehicle

You can use our website to select, configure (if applicable) and order a vehicle. When ordering through the website, you will only be able to pay for your order fee through the payment portal provided.

You cannot use the online portal to purchase vehicles for direct export outside of Qatar. Orders are only for citizens and residents of Qatar, and orders from outside the country will not be accepted. Only the individual named in the order has any rights under this contract, and no other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. We do not accept orders from parties not holding a valid Qatar ID or under the age of 18.

We as Al Waha for Cars will inform you when your vehicle arrives. Once the payment and registration process are completed, it will be available to collect from our Delivery Centre.

Price and Payment

When you order a vehicle through the website, you will be provided with information about the price. If you add optional features during the ordering process, their cost will be added to the vehicle price.

We can only receive payment directly from the individual registering the car and holding the initial order. Any payments from third parties will be automatically rejected and will result in cancellation. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us by email to arrange a bank transfer.

You may pay the balance by bank transfer or through a finance arrangement. Cash payment is limited to a maximum of QAR 49,000 per purchase. Cleared funds must show in our bank account before sales procedures begin. Full payment is required within 5 working days of email notification that your vehicle has arrived. If paying through a third-party finance arrangement, you must comply with all applicable pre-collection terms of that finance agreement.

How We Will Use Your Personal Information

We will collect personal information from you for the provision of this contract. Such information will not be shared with third parties and will be stored for 10 years from the date you collect the vehicle.

If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to the email address provided in your order. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

Our Vehicles

Although we have made every effort to display the sizes and colors of our vehicles, accessories, and trim accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will display them in a way that fully reflects the actual size or color of the vehicles.

Order Process, Contract, and Finance Agreements

We will provide you with information and documentation about your order by email. Please complete all documentation in accordance with the timescales and instructions provided, as failure to do so will cause delays in processing your order. You will receive your unique special order number shortly after submission.

If you enter a finance arrangement, it will be provided under the terms of a separate finance agreement between you and your chosen finance provider. If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will inform you and will not charge you for the vehicle.

The offered vehicle price includes delivery at our Mawater Delivery Centre. You may request home or workplace delivery for an additional fee by contacting us through the "Contact Us" section on our website and quoting your unique order number.

Making Changes to Vehicles

We may change the vehicle to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or to implement minor technical adjustments such as addressing a safety defect. These changes will not affect your use of the vehicle. Once you submit the special order request, the selected specification is confirmed and cannot be modified or changed.

Order Fee and Deposit

The online special order fee is vehicle and model dependent, and Al Waha reserves the right to set or change the amount at its sole discretion. A non-refundable deposit is required through the payment portal and will automatically expire after 48 hours if cleared funds are not received.

You may re-apply with a new special order under the same terms and conditions, however we reserve the right to reject anyone deemed to be misusing the system. You may only reserve one vehicle in your name through the portal. Any additional vehicles must be requested directly through one of our Jetour Retail Showrooms.

Providing the Vehicle

Any suggested arrival dates are not a commitment to a handover date and are subject to change at any time. We will take all possible steps to minimize any delay and are not liable for any claims arising from delays.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. You will need to bring your Qatari ID. If you wish to nominate another person to collect on your behalf, you will need to complete a non-objection letter to authorize them.

If you do not collect the vehicle as arranged, we may charge storage costs of QAR 50 per day. If we are unable to contact you or re-arrange collection despite reasonable efforts, we may end the contract. We will not be responsible for late supply if caused by your failure to provide required information within a reasonable time.

Delivery Delays

We may have to delay delivery if we need to deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes, update the vehicle to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements, or make changes requested by you or notified to you by us.

Our Right to End the Contract

We may end the contract at any time if you do not make a payment when due and still do not pay within 5 days of us reminding you.

Your Right to End the Contract

Your rights when ending the contract will depend on whether there is anything wrong with the vehicle or whether we have done anything wrong. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Damage to Your Vehicle

In the unlikely event your vehicle arrives with minor cosmetic damage, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. As your vehicle is a special order assigned to you, no alternative replacement will be offered. You will have the following options:

  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund of your advance payment

  • Have the vehicle rectified by our aftersales team and accept the repaired vehicle

  • Accept a compensation payment equal to the repair costs

Our Goodwill Guarantee

The vehicles we sell come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details, please refer to the guarantee provided on our website. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights and remedies concerning vehicles that are faulty or not as described.

Acknowledgement and Agreement

I agree to the above terms and conditions and by applying the tick box I agree to be bound by the conditions of the special order.
